The Governor of Abia State, His Excellency Dr. Alex Chioma Otti OFR, was ably represented by his Deputy, Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu, who led the state delegation to the funeral. In his condolence message, the Deputy Governor depicted the loss of a mother as an immeasurable pain, as her love serves as a vital source of strength and comfort to the family.
